Basic Well Water Test — checks common bacteria, nitrates, pH, hardness, and a few metals. Good for routine screening or well owners who want an affordable overview.
-
Standard Well Water Test — includes everything in Basic, plus additional metals, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), pesticides, and herbicides.
-
Deluxe Well Water Test — most comprehensive; includes Standard plus radiological contaminants and a wider panel of pesticides and VOCs.
-
City Water Test — designed for municipal water sources, includes bacteria, disinfectant by-products, metals, and other city water parameters.

“Are there any specific contaminants you are concerned about? For example: bacteria such as total coliform or E. coli, lead, arsenic, nitrates, pesticides, VOCs, PFAS, or radon?”
5. Timeframe and Scheduling
-
“Do you have a deadline for receiving results? Some packages offer a faster turnaround if needed.”
-
“When would be a convenient time for us to schedule a sample collection visit? Please let us know if there are any special access instructions or gate codes.”
6. Report Delivery and Follow-Up
-
“We will send you the lab report by email once results are ready. Would you like a printed copy mailed as well?”
-
“Would you like a Waterdogs team member to review the report with you and discuss any recommended next steps?”
7. Wrap-Up
-
Recap: “So, you’re requesting the [chosen package] test for [water source] at [location], with concerns about [contaminants/other details], and you prefer the results delivered by [email/print/both]. Correct?”
-
“Is there anything else we should know before scheduling your service?”
Note: we have to order every sample collection kit since they all need to meet specific test or panel for the costumer, not all samples are the same, so we request the sample for the lab, once we get it we can collect the sample, then ship it back to the lab.
